The eyecare industry is unique in that medical eyecare (eye infections, eye disease treatment, etc.) and “well” vision care (eye exams, eyeglasses, contact lenses, etc) often involve different coverage sources. It is very important that you provide us with both your medical insurance information and vision insurance information, as they are often separate benefits and cover different eye care services.

Please Note – Patients are responsible for payment at the time services are rendered. We accept most major insurance carriers in our state. We will gladly bill your insurance company for covered services and assist you in filing for any non-covered services for reimbursement. Our staff is very knowledgeable about the various insurances available and will help you to the best of our ability.
